Anyslie, Brileigh & Cai

May 2nd, 2013

Here in Colorado we celebrated May Day with a lovely blizzard. I’m excited to share these spring photos today … just to warm your heart <3!

Anyslie just turned ONE ! We also included Anyslie’s big sis and cousin for the shoot because they are absolutely adorable! I think they could all be little baby GAP models. 😉 2013-05-02_001 2013-05-02_002 2013-05-02_003 2013-05-02_004 2013-05-02_005 2013-05-02_006 2013-05-02_007 2013-05-02_008 2013-05-02_009 2013-05-02_010 2013-05-02_011 2013-05-02_012 2013-05-02_013 2013-05-02_014 2013-05-02_015 2013-05-02_016 2013-05-02_017

Greyson {newborn}

April 11th, 2013

I was so excited to hear the news that Chris & Shelly were expecting. They have been one of my favorite couples to work with shooting their engagement & wedding. I was thrilled when they contacted me about newborn photos. My approach in newborn photography is definitely photojournalistic. From experience (!) I know that newborns are not always completely still and angelic to pose and photograph. They wiggle and cry and you need to change and feed them every hour and a half ect. They are super unexpected. That’s what I love to capture. These real moments only last a short time! They grow SO fast. With Mr. Greyson, I had such great time capturing the everyday newborn experience with him. Changing him, feeding him, dressing him and of course his precious little face. Oh and by the way Chris has the all time best swaddle I’ve seen! A+ for that Chris!!! 2013-04-11_001 2013-04-11_002 2013-04-11_003 2013-04-11_004 2013-04-11_005 2013-04-11_006 2013-04-11_007 2013-04-11_008 2013-04-11_009 2013-04-11_010 2013-04-11_011 2013-04-11_012 2013-04-11_013 2013-04-11_014 2013-04-11_015
